Ein ganz toller Sonntag! PART ONE

Sunday - after a great Morning Service at the Calvary Chapel, I had my first Public Viewing experience.
Betti and me, we went up the Schlossberg to watch the exciting match Germany vs. England at the "Kastaniengarten". I I have to say: I really liked it. We were sitting under chestnut trees, there was a lil' wind blowing. We had nice people around us and everybody was just happy to see Germany winning. No violence, no alcohol abuse. I LIKE!

The wonderful view upon Freiburg from the "Kastaniengarten".

Betti was (contrary to me) all "decorated"!!!

But for the photo I had to put on those (slightly ridiculous) "cheering hands". By the way... apparently Mezut Özil was sitting right behind me. =)

Ein ganz toller Sonntag! PART TWO

After the extraordinary match we went down the "Schlossberg" and realized that there is the "Oberlinden Volkfest". Suddenly we heard country music coming from one corner.
This was Kim Carson and her band. Great musicians, a lovely Kim with a wonderful voice... SIMPLY COUNTRY!!!

BONEY FINGERS...

RING OF FIRE...

DRIVIN' NAILS IN MY COFFIN...

I ONLY LIKE YOU WHEN I'M DRINKIN'...

We bought CD's and even got a photos with Kim. EXCELLENT EVENING!!! We stayed, sang and danced until 10p.m.!

Do you see any numbers???

Est-ce vous voyez le chiffre??? - Car, moi, je n'y vois rien.
Je suppose que je suis vraiment daltonien alors!

Ok, so I guess I'm really colour blind because I don't see anything!
