Second stop: Compiègne
After four magnificent days in Beauvais, I took a bus to Compiègne. Im Bus vergaß ich meine Wintermütze. Aber schlimmer noch: Ich hab gleich mal meine komplette Waschtasche in Beauvais stehen lassen. So, when I arrived in Compiègne and wanted to take a shower, I realized that I didn't have what it takes to do that. So, I went to the supermarket nearby via the street where a lot of Arche-buildings are. I immediately met two people from L'Arche - not having taken a shower, neither having brushed my teeth. =)
Bref... ich habe viele meiner lieben Freunde wiedergesehen. Coming to Compiègne always feels like coming home in some way.
We all kind of invaded Iwona's apartment. Me and Johanna slept there. We had meals and great reunions there.
After a great lunch at 'Le Rocher', the second one took place in Iwona's new apartment. We grabbed some sandwiches, desserts and beverages at 'La Seigneurie' - la meilleure boulangerie de Compiègne!!!
Then we went to Elincourt-Sainte-Marguerite for our great week-end with (nearly) all the assistants from 2005/2006. [By the way, 'Marguerite' in Polish is 'Małgorzata'!!!] LOL
Before returning to Paris (and then to Freiburg), Hosi and I stayed once again at Iwona's.
Best friends... Guitchime and JB... *Małgorzata*
All together in one window: Iwona, Marion (sur le canapé), Hosi (one just sees her legs), Guitchime and JB
